Executive Coaching
This is the core of what I do. Six-month minimum engagement. We meet every other week and build systems together — addressing immediate fires while working on long-term sustainability. Custom configured based on where you are.
Most clients stay 12–18 months. Not because they’re locked in, but because the work keeps producing results.
What coaching looks like:
• Where are you now? Let’s get the facts on the table.
• Where do you want to go? Purpose and vision work.
• Identify gaps. Plan and prioritize what matters most right now.
• Work the plan. Agile implementation, not big planning followed by execution.
• Evaluate and adjust. What’s working, what’s not.
• Repeat. Iterative process until you have the options you need.
